What this site collects, and what it does with it.

The forms

The host form, the contact form and the interest list ask for your name, agency, email, phone, city and state, and what you need. We use that to answer you, to propose dates, and to let you know when a class lands within driving distance. It is kept in our own records and is not sold or shared with anyone outside U.S. Court Security Concepts.

Registration and payment

Registration for a scheduled class happens on our registration provider’s pages. The provider collects the registration and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the roster: the registrant’s name, agency and contact details, and whether the seat is paid. We never see a card number.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to count how pages are used, with IP addresses anonymised. We use it to count events such as a click on a register button, not to identify a visitor. You can block it with a browser setting or an extension and the site works the same.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Google Analytics sets its own, described in its policy.

Your data

To see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email guy@courtsecurityconcepts.com. We will answer within a reasonable time and delete what we can; a completion record that a host has already filed with a state commission is the host’s record, not ours.
