Tell us what you need.

Four fields and a message. If you are asking about hosting, the host page has a fuller form built around what your agency has.

An email or a phone number is required, so we can reach you.

What do you need? (required)
Dates you have in mind, how many of your people, what your building has. Whatever helps.

For purchasing

What your purchasing office will ask.

  • Purchase orders are accepted. A signed Host Agency Agreement plus a purchase order reserves the dates; no deposit.
  • We invoice the host agency after the class. Payment is due within thirty days, in line with the Texas Prompt Payment Act.
  • Officers from other agencies register and pay at registration, by card or by their own agency's purchase order.
  • W-9 and vendor forms on request. U.S. Court Security Concepts is a registered assumed name of a Texas limited liability company and a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

Service area

Anywhere a host can report the hours.

The class comes to the host. Texas and Oklahoma are where most of the record is, and the training has gone wherever an agency had a courthouse to protect, a place to train, and a way to report the hours.

If that is you, the geography is not the obstacle.
